Depending
on the program(s) you wish to apply for, you may be required
to submit your application data through a web-based system.
In addition, BIP Infrastructure applicants must draw
proposed service areas utilizing a web-based Mapping Tool.
In order to ensure the security of your information when
completing either of these tasks, you will be required to
obtain credentials by registering for identification.
All BTOP
and most BIP applications require you to register with the
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to enable you to enter
your application data online. This ensures the validity of
the digital signature. BIP Infrastructure applicants must
register for a Level 1 eAuthentication (eAuth) ID in order
to draw proposed service areas. BIP Technical Assistance and
Rural Library applications can only be submitted in paper
format, so neither CCR or eAuth registration is required for
those two programs.
Please
click either of the two links listed on the left navigation
bar for additional information about CCR or eAuth
registration.
Application systems and materials will not be available for
access or download until February 16, 2010. Please return to
Broadband USA at that time to apply for BIP and BTOP
funding.
